NDS Basic Hacking Tutorial

Hi everyone, this is my 3rd tutorial now.
No voice included this time, cuz my pc made one hell of a noise.
This one's about the Nintendo DS for a change.
I had to look weeks to find HasteDS, and now I finally did!

You also need a DS emulator, I use iDeaS, which you can download here;

About the code: you have to convert it to the format of the cheat device you're gonna use.
Don't ask me, though, I just hack raw codes.

In the end, I'm just messing around a little, don't pay attention to it.

About my future tutorials: I will do at least one other, more advanced, DS hacking tut.

How would you make a code on, for example, pushing the activator buttons to put a certain amount of an item into your pockets? Whats the code type and how do you recommend i would do it?

Might wanna take a look at the trainer toolkit documentation if you can find it somewhere.

any tools or websites to translate nds roms from japanese to english... I've tried win-hex and hex editor neo but I'm having problems with shift-jis..... any suggestions?
