@runrunforest1 it takes up to 7fps in continuous shooting mode, and i believe it also has a few extra modes that shoot at 2.3, 5, and 6 fps as well (with the reduced megapixels of course), but it does shoot as fast as an slr can.
I got this camera on black Friday and it's freaking amazinggggg. Video, photos.. Just wow. But, you have to learn to use it for a little bit before you can get good imagery. But then it's awesome.
@Profound79 but the rear element protruding from the surrounding mount is unlikely on the NEX system and similar systems (MFT & etc.) because the flange distance is so short.
@Profound79 I mean place the front element side down on the desk. on many lenses the rear element protrudes out from any surrounding plastic or metal, meaning if you put it side down, you'll scratch the rear element. lenses were not designed to be placed like that with their elements free. put the rear cap on as soon as possible. if you can't put any caps on, place the lens front-side down on a table.

@misskimaru nex-3....the s95 has HORRIBLE noise....its no match at all for the aps-c sensor of the nex
