This is my P90X transformation from Day 1 to day 180. I was doing P90X "Doubles" to burn more calories. I'll admit that on days that I had more free time, I sometimes threw in a third workout. I've completed two rounds of P90X and just finished Shaun T's Insanity. For my most recent results, check out my YouTube Channel.
