WINDOWS VISTA AND SEVEN USERS READ THIS
You must run SparkIV as an admin to let it access the files you need to open it with. If you get an "access denied" error, just click right on the SparkIV.exe and choose 'run as an admin'!

It didn't help for me, I don't see any cars and if I put the car files in they are blue if i click rebuild and save nothing hapend only that I don't have any cars anymore =|
