@tpbdragon1 ~ 100% WRONG. European/American colonization, despite its obvious empirical faults, was stlll a much more civilizing and stabilizing influence, on virtually every country they occupied. All one needs to do is look at Africa, the Arab Middle East or modern Europe, to see the blatant evidences of chaos and human rights loss that develop as a result of nativist 'self-rule'. @Frogger0neXx Pretty sure there was civil war in Iraq between the secular Islamists, the Sheiits and Sunnis, long before the Americans got there. But you wouldnt know anything about that, because you get your political talking points from a moronic 1950's, isolationist shill like Ron Paul. @leverage1976 Thats ridiculous. War ruins countries. You can dress it up all you want but the fact is they cause conflicts inside countries for resources, then leave it in shambles to fend for themselves. They make money in the process while taking out a country. Take Iraq for instant. They had no business sending our troops there in the first place. Now after all the years there, and the Industrial War Complex has its filled, they now left Iraq, and guess what happened? Civil war broke out.
