My first attempt at set extension.
Since my camera isnt HD, its really hard to motion track points in the footage, even frame-by-frame, so I used a shot from a tutorial.
I used 5 photos for the matte painting in Photoshop...the clouds, one of a random castle, one of Halifax, one of some random buildings..and of course the District 9 ship just because, and tracked them all to the footage.
Soundtrack: Black Milk "Black & Brown" Off 'Album of the Year'
