RTW: The Historical Battle of Cynoscephalae 197 B.C. 1/2

The greatest infantry of their times are about to clash for dominance, The powerful & manouverable Roman Legionaries vs the Unstoppable Macedonian Phalanx. 2 different types of combat, weaponry & tactics against eachother :) Of course the more fast moving Roman Legionaries prevailed that day at Cynoscephalae but not so easy, after all the Macedonian Phalanx were indeed unstoppable. Playing this battle is not so easy, i got defeated a number of times untill i realised what to do & even in this one i was gonna lose several times. Sometimes i had the upper hand & sometimes the Macedonians but in the end i was able to grab Victory from the jaws of defeat. The more fast moving Romans proved better near the slow moving Phalanx but in other circumstances i would have easily got defeated by the Phalanx. Anyway i like them both :)

this is probably the easiest battle of entire game, i've beaten it four times

@adamusprime1001 yes on easy it is very easy but on hard & VH the hastati will start running like rabbits just a few seconds after impact :) the key is u have to use ur manouverability which the macedonian phalanx lack , that same way as the real battle of Cynoscephalae went on.
