coolerthanuleverb actually some hundred years back there were a few yogis(hard core form practitioners of yoga) who could stop their beating heart and spend days under water in himalayan region.
point is everything is possible but it needs years of practice and will power and dedication.

His record is 17 mins and 19 seconds, his was a wolrd record a year ago but i dont know if its been beaten yet
