comment tu travail tes phaze pour les avoir aussi propres ? Et surtout le thomas pour aussi devant t derriere c'est dingue !! J't'avais vu l'an dernier au battle de Bagnoles-sur-deze où tu montrais un truc à bboy pour taffer la position devant mais tu dois avoir d'autres truc c'est obligé.

Si tu pouvais me donner quelques truc pour ameliorer ma technique ca serait cool.
