Ilya - I love this behind-the-scenes video! It is lovely to see the joie de vivre of these young students - their love of dancing, expressiveness and excitement to be performing is wonderful! Bravo!

They are all dancing from their hearts. It's beautiful ;)

antony maltsev is SO amazing... i saw his bluebird on youtube... he's a strong dancer like vladimir vassiliev... many teachers wonder why male dancers aren't the stars anymore and it's because directors want them to be as skinny as girls... where you have a FANTASTIC male dancer like antony and people just IGNORE him... he should have done one of the leads in la fille mal gardee. in his exam video he jumped SOOO high in the air... i just hope he gets good instruction or its a talent wasted. :(

Thank you so much, Ilya. Really flawless performances. I'm so glad for these talented students. I thought the Irish dance would also be shown here, helas. Can you upload the complete version of it, maybe from the rehearsal you uploaded before?

You were also correct about the starlet part.

@russianballetvideo You are absolutely right. Wow, I really made a big mistake there; and the sad thing is that I should have known that. Thanks for the correction. :)

Is the boy in Esmeralda a student or in the company? He seems to be more muscular than students.

She is dancing the pas de deux from the Nutcracker. At least you have the correct composer, Tchaikovsky, who did both Sleeping Beauty, which has the Rose Adagio in act 1, plus Nutcracker, which Nastia dances.
They're all great! Who's the boy who danced "Flames of Paris" at the end?
