Perfect Halloween Dinner! Mini Meatloaves and Spooky Rice Balls

Happy Halloween Everyone!!
Here I leave you with two super easy and delicious recipes for your Halloween party!
Easy to make, they can be prepare the day before and they are super delicious!

Ingredients for the meatloaves:
20 oz ground meat (any kind)
1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup grated onions
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce plus extra for garnish
1/2 tablespoon black pepper and salt
1/2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
5-8 5x3 mini meatloaf pans

Ingredients for the rice balls:
1 cup white rice
1 cup tomato sauce
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon dry chopped onion
1 tablespoon chicken bullion
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
