Hello, have you considered "BellyFATtack" yet? Simply look on Google. There you can find a helpful free video by a well established certified dietitian teaching on the best way to burn weight. It made it possible for Michele to eliminate her belly fat. Perhaps it will work for you too.

week 2, I went from the beginners video to this. Great workout, but I actually vomited a little in my mouth with the laying on belly with arms and legs up. heartburn central. Im a fatty though.
