This originally aired live on Jan 23, 2010. Zen Martial Arts was invited to talk about our upcoming Women's Self-Defense Class and fundraiser for WEAVE (weaveinc.org). We also had a chance to demonstrate a little bit of what we would be going over in our class later that day.
