This film explores the aspects of his personality and strategic events that him's due to the wings to come in cold and methodical system to build in which the former KGB and the cronies of Putin's state privatization and mass media monopoly. After the film has shown that Putin at school had the desire to go to the KGB, we follow his political career through strategic promotions, to the current preparations for the forthcoming elections in 2008.

Nadat de film heeft laten zien dat Poetin al op school de wens had om bij de KGB te gaan, volgen we zijn politieke loopbaan via strategische promoties, tot aan de huidige voorbereidingen voor de komende verkiezingen in 2008.

I do not always agree with what's being said in the documentary. I like mister Putin.

It is interesting to see how Putin came to power and how he uses that power.

Like other documentaries, you have to see this with a critical view.

no difference between Putin or western politicians in a sense that they all want power and priviledges and don't give rat's ass for population. Methods are different at a glance, but the end result is the same.

A very interesting film, yet very politically motivated, and to be taken with a grain or two of salt. Putin is not doing anything different from western politicians. if he brings a balance to the economy than more power to him.
