  • @kelli217 I went with an old volvo to be different. I think there is more potential in these volvos then people think.

  • @Luvz2spewge In reverse order... you assume that I race at all, much less a specific type. Yes, I have done both drifting and racing once or twice, with someone else's car, but I regularly do neither, because I can't afford to build a car to do it with and I'm not going to do it with my daily driver econobox. The limits are there whether you slide through them or stick to the edge of them. And if it's not about who can go faster, then why cram a V8 into an old Volvo anyway?

  • @kelli217 It's not all about who can go faster or sticking to the road. It's about the limits you can push your car to before not being able to control it. You stick to your cone racing and let him stick to his sliding.

  • poop

  • You. Don't. Suck.

  • Hell Yes! You're really making me want to finish my Chevolvo up! Thanks for the inspiration :)

  • What's the music from?

  • It used to be that a car that would break loose easily was considered under-tired and/or a bad handling vehicle. What happened to those days? When did 'drifting', aka 'skidding and on the verge of losing control' become a good thing in a car?

Don't get me wrong; I know it's FUN! I know it's great to watch, too. But a car that sticks to the road can be even more fun. And faster!
