Bedroom / Kitchen Wall getting drenched with Rain water

This is why this area had suffered dampness and mould in the past. The root of the problem that is the tree at the back on Hammersmith Grove property is still been ignored. As the guttering is now blocked again, the water is flowing onto the weak wall and wooden door that was recently replaced each time it rain as you see in this video. Im not an expert in housing matters but it's not a rocket science either. The tree needs to come down or the part that has overgrown to this side of the property. It robs this place of highly needed sunlight in a flat that badly lit and dark but continue to damage the property.
