Speaking at the 2004 Cannabis Therapeutics Conference, Arnold Trebach,PhD recounts the famous Marijuana Rescheduling Petition brought before a Drug Enforcement Administration law judge in 1988. After hearing extensive evidence, Judge Young recommended that Cannabis be moved from Schedule 1 to Schedule 2.

That Pushiness and open attitude to hearing and allowing every single detail is what made Judge Young such a wonderful example of how our judicial system should be run and every judge should take that to All cases. On the flip the DEA and FDA are a prime example of how not to run any body of power, not to mention why you can't place people in positions of power when they have any bias possible in the current life or background (such as placing Pharma executives in a head role of the FDA )
