After you have watch the previous video on muscle ups on beginners and have been practicing it for a while then you can attempt to do the muscle ups from a higher bar utilizing all your upper body strength and the momentum from your whole body to perform the full muscle up. Notice that the bar is higher this time, your feet are off the ground, so it is much harder to do a muscle up this way. However with determination, consistence practice and the passion for fitness you will be able to do it...
