This is a a travesty on 2 fronts. The spill and lack of management by BP is one. The lack of leadership from our President on protecting our coast's environment from the resulting spill is astounding. This is not the hope and change I voted for!

If that was Bush waiting for 50+ days before he did anything about Hurricane Katrina, DO NOT tell me that you liberals would not be slamming him left and right for doing something like that! Bull! You know full well that it didn't even take TWO DAYS (as Bush waived the Jones Act, due to emergency), before you and others went after him with a bloodthirst; TWO DAYS. Waiting as long as he did, is unacceptable coming from ANYONE -- and you know it.
