I'm a 16 year old triathlete, I get up every morning at 5 a.m to swim, and I hope to be running my first Ironman when I'm about 19 or 20. I endure unimaginable training days, and I've gone down on the ground exhausted more times than I can remember. And still I shed tears when I watched this video, it just makes me think that we can do so much more than we imagine, it just inspires me to never quit when the swimming, the cycling, or the running is killing me.
