...As for the best "luck" with ladies when I was working, I'd have to rate the "Candy Store" 1st, (& NOT because they were all drunk, etc., we met great girlz ea year, & the 1st 2.5yrs there, I was single !!), & actually, I had pretty phenom luck at "J.W.'s Palace" for as small as it was, so I'd rate that a pretty close tie w the " 4 O'Clock" club crowd, but that place (LOL) got WAYYYY too violent & wild, and after witnessing 2 shootings in 6 weeks during fights, I split, and went to the CS!!

I was 100 yds right of him , at the CS front gate, YIKES !!

Yea Man, that crazy old bitch was still there in 87 when I left, but had I worked directly for a big guy named Mike. He had been a bouncer and was very cool with us. Trusted us and backed us up all the time. Wouldn't hesitate to jump in either. Use to finish up at JW's and run down to Button South on Hallendale Beach Blvd to party till 6am. The Candy Store was cool. Had a lot of fun at pool parties there. The strip BEFORE the barriers and fence.

*I was at Casey's when they found him murdered.

....I'd forgotten about JW's West, that's the place that was at like 3800 University Drive in Sunrise, Fl, right...?I worked there WAY before the 4 O'Clock Club & Candy Store, and had some hateful old woman as my mgr., who NEVER had her doormen's backs , etc., so myself and another guy left, & went to the other spots, but W O W, (LOL), I've got some REALLLLY good women & battle stories/memories from the CANDY STORE shifts from 81 to 86 ,those 10 to 12 wks a yr , at it's peak...!! Ciao 4 now...

...From 1 of the longest lasting Security Bouncers who worked Spring-Break Ft Laud., Fla.,Candy Store 1980 to 1987, when it died, there was also "Art Stock's PlayPen" on Fed. Hwy., "The 4 O'Clock Club" near Port Everglades (LOL, I worked there before the Candy Store, W-O-W, that was a wild, great 6a.m. club!), "Casey's Nickelodeon" in Hollywood, Fla., etc., but the Candy Store was it for college kidz coming down and going INSANE, I was there all 7-8 yrs.....!! Thanxx for the memories!

I wish I had lived before those times. I great (non-commercialized/politically correct) time in history. Scott did you achieve your computer alpha dream? I think I would have come up with different dreams with all those ladies there. Hopefully you still keep in touch with your partners in crime. Who was the guy that stuck in his chest as he walked down the beach in front of the ladies. Thanks for the upload JR
