@Mtjoyc3 LOL!!! No kidding!!! That is, if my assumption of what you are referring is correct! LOL! Yeah... It was a little awkward trying to keep the camera (which I was resting on top his book and camera which were in my lap) trained on him. I wanted to get close for good audible, but..... didn't expect I would get THAT close! : )

@kumochappy You are welcome! It was my pleasure. I've heard him speak before but never so close. I don't think that there was a person in that room that did not think he was speaking directly to them. He just naturally looks you right in the eye when he speaks. I think that this country is finally waking up and seeing the good doctor for the treasure he is. We are so lucky to have him and I hope that the media will start giving him the respect that he is due!!!

Thanks for the post--from Los Angeles, CA!!! There are many RP supporters here too--although I have to apologize and am embarrassed, to say the least, of the politics here in CA : \ I really hope Iowans vote RP in for the nomination!

@soulstormyweather As far as there being a statistical tie... you have to consider the source on some of these polls. I understand that Des Moines Register conducted or commissioned the polls. The polls get the answers they seek for the most part. My guess that if his numbers were that high in a likely skewed poll, they are in reality much higher. Of course, we've had a much better opportunity to hear what he is actually saying here in Iowa, not what the "pundits" are SAYING he says.

He is also doing great in Iowa and virtually tied with that damn Cain in first place. He has a great chance to win your state, so i hope you guys keep spreading the word. I can't even believe that Cain is still doing that well sheesh. The guy may have some great business skills, but he's clueless on all the foreign policy issues. His answers in some of the debates were just utterly laughable, not to mention he lied early on about the sexual harassment nonsense.

Well said, wondermom. It's not even about left/right, lib/conserv or dem/repub anymore. Hell, even Ron hates affiliating himself with the party, because they aren't even true republicans anymore. It's essentially one corrupt party now. Lucky you getting to see him up close , im jealous! And thx for putting this up. I subscribe to his official channel, but they only uploaded 1/2 of the 1st part for some reason and none of the questions section, so thx for helping out :D

to bad there is a skunk in the room FU Luntz the traitor. Ron Paul oustanding discussion i am sure so many more now understand DR Paul much better now. I have been electing him for over 20 years here in his congressional district. He is a great voice in humanity.
