The music video for the song from the BR6 album "Here To Stay: Gershwin & Jobim" directed by Luciana Penna and featuring the Brazilian beauty Roberta Rodrigues. All the instruments are the sounds of their voices!

  • THAT IS IN NO WAY JAZZ

DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT JAZZ IS?

    PROBABLY A NEW JAZZ FAN

    AWFUL

THAT IS NOT ANY FORM OF JAZZ

    COLETRANE DAVIS GILESPE ARE

ROLLING OVER NOW . NOT BLOODY COOL NOT INTERESTING NOT GOOD MORE LIKE MORONIC AND A POOR ATTEMPT AT ANY FORM OF MUSIC. go get some jazz and listen to it now

  • wtf this is bloody awful

why would anyone ruin this awesome

    song

this is awful and the video is awful

and the colors the director uses on the shirts

    and clothes and just awrful

    i dont hate much

    but i hate this

  • What the hell is this you ruined the song !!!!!! Thanks for nothing !!!

  • I agree with you on the girl. I'm not big about the video. Then the original song must have been written about a drop dead gorgeous woman, because if Ipanema was crowded back then there would've been so many stunning women, and that particular woman must have captivated the writer Vinicius de Moraes. That's something special, because beautiful women aren't exactly in short supply in Brazil, I'm not saying that in a chauvinist sense at all.

  • According to the credits, it looks like they used an isolated beach in the Baixada Fluminense region of Rio state -- the real Ipanema would have been too crowded nowadays. (Maybe even back when the song was written?) The girl herself -- very hot! :-)

  • Let's hope it's filmed in Ipanema, and not Copacabana, no offense, Copacabana is great, but this isn't The Girl from Copacabana, is it?

  • it's just their special version - i like it! that's jazz: colorful and always a little bit different :o)

  • Epic fail.
