And the Answe is No since it is a Game that is inspired by Wings of Fury and not a 1:1 Copy of it. Search with Google and you will find the Answer that it`s a Legal Version.

Great game. Adds to the original that I used to play religiously on the Apple 2. Dog fighting is much better with as many as 5 planes in the air at once. You can now play either the American or Japanese. The enemies on the ground have trucks now and rocket launchers. Defiantly needs a cheat to get to the better weapons.Pressing BB and typing ASK doesn't work ;)

At the time of posting this comment, this account (touchgameplay) has 2,665 videos uploaded, 99.9% of them iOS related. Where in the world did you get the assumption you were having a conversation with the developer? >_>

I wish you all the best, but you don't have to copy 1:1 to get problems, search for something called "Substantial Similarity"...
