http://www.option.org - Rachel had an eating disorder she was anorexic. She also cut herself and used drugs to help her deal with her depression. Her parents were desperate. After spending six months in a psychiatric hospital, she came to The Option Institute, co-founded by Barry Neil Kaufman and Samahria Lyte Kaufman. Rachel took the personal growth program, Inner Strength. She has continued with her studies and is now thriving, happy, and a Certified Option Process Mentor Counselor.
