this will work on any psp basicly because its a local html file...unless you have 1.50 or 1.00 then you dont have a webbrowser..if thats the case then they have a exploit for a game that allows you to access a browser..forgot the name of the game

Yes, you're right. You need a downgrade to run homebrew apps on there. I don't really know now..
I don't have a PSP anymore.
