AmRen Loses in Charlotte, NC - Feb. 5, 2011

The American Renaissance (AmRen) Conference was hounded out of the Washington, DC area last year, so they moved it to Charlotte, NC. Then they were hounded out of Charlotte. This is a news broadcast about the celebratory rally that was held at a statue of Martin Luther King, Jr. in Marshall Park in Charlotte.

@Caucasianpride1 Ummmm...South Africa spent the 60 some-odd years prior doing what AmRen associates like Dan Roodt want. It didn't work. And even with that, things seemed to be just fine during the World Cup last year, despite all the Chicken Littles on the right warning of all the calamities happening.

@Caucasianpride1 I believe the 4th and 14th amendments explains it best, as evidenced by the fact that it when they made racial profiling illegal it was based on them. So if a police officer can't do their job without it, they don't need to be a police officer. Equal protection under the law and freedom from unreasonable search and seizure. Remember that. Stats can also show that if cops shot eveyone they pulled over there will be fewer cars on the street too.

@NoPawn :...they believe in "freedom" to associate with everyone you like! If you knew what were yo talking about you would also know that the racial profiling, not for racist purposes, is used today and is not prohibited anywhere. Without racial profiling police wouldn't be able to work in some areas. Study some stats on US crime and you will find "racial" profiling very useful from the point of view of law enforcement. How does it violate you freedom? Please explain.

@Caucasianpride1 What, you are going to answer my questions for me? Let me tell you, They believe in racial profiling, which is a violation of my freedoms. They believe in segregation (Sam Dickson once ran for I believe Georgia Governor on a segregationalist platform). That's a violation of my freedoms. And Taylor once pushed for forced sterilization for welfare recipients. Another violation.

So what would be racist about opposing that? Are you saying only white people think this way?

@controversyking Relax, I was watching Robin Hood. I am not on the computer 24-7. Oh, and I can think of more than a few white people who would prefer you don't speak for them, including one who shares a bed with me :)
