@67tr876 Cost of living is certainly a factor to take into consideration! I was more or less pointing out how far 1100 could take you in property alone here in the midwest. Having land is part of living here, so watching this made me feel a bit claustrophobic. I watch these though cause I'm always curious as to what it would be like to live in a very large city.

And by what you told me that seems cheap as hell but for most ppl in NYC 1100 is cheap as hell man if I could find more of that here in the city it would be great. The most I could do is $5000 a mouth with my job here in the city some day I will save up for a condo.

@116UOB O god am sorry for saying that ! well by what you told me maybe were you're from they dont make as much as we do here I know for a fact if you work in the city you can live in the city but most ppl like to stay in NJ. And the price all has to do with the view and most of all the neighbourhood and whats in it how many ppl are going around doing stuff and then how much you're building it self has to pay for things such as oil or gas stuff like that.

@67tr876 Not at all. I'm by no means in any position to rent this apartment lol. I just don't understand why they cost so much? They say it's convenience of living in the city. To each is their own :)
