A lot of you guys have been asking about presets and in this video, I show you how easy it is to create your very own Develop Presets in Adobe Lightroom.

Develop presets can be used in a variety of ways - whether to apply to different types of photos when editing, or to save time editing, or simply to be used as a starting point in your editing. That way, you let your computer do the heavy lifting so you can save time with your workflow.

This video is a continuation in a series of videos on Workflow Basics in Adobe Lightroom.

  • I'm not too sure about presets I'm on the fence on using them especially on outdoor photos just because the light is very inconsistent. As for in the studio yea that make sense especially if I keep it the same lighting for a good batch.

  • @Snakekilla12 you can always use them as a starting point and then tweak from there

  • Just curious as you mentioned pocket wizards. Why are they more popular than radio poppers? All the reviews I read say radio poppers blow pocket wizards away, especially in reliability and distance yet it seems like most photographer use pocket wizards. Thanks for the info

  • @scrolex i toyed with going radio popper, but the PWs seem to be the ubiquitous radios and it helps to have gear thats universally compatible. that and the new PWs seem to do the same sorta stuff the radio poppers are doing

  • Is there a way to "liquify" or make people skinny on lightroom? I'm sorta bummed that I think that is impossible, all the tutorials i've seen are for photoshop.

  • @blueyedaxo not that i know
