Leading philosophers including William Lane Craig, Quentin Smith, Paul Ricoeur, David Hugh Mellor, and Michael Friedman discuss time. Topics include the nature of space and time, the reality or unreality of time, Einstein's special theory of relativity, the A-theory and B-theory of time, whether the present enjoys a privileged status, and whether temporal becoming is merely an illusion.

  • "...and present is nothing" i stopped listen this no-sense.

LOL Many people renounce the religion they were born into because they become disillusioned with it. Most Atheists were indoctrinated into religion and have broken free from their mind control. That is an achievement in my opinion.

If you want to know if evolution is true or not you have to learn evolution. You cannot just go looking for things to disprove it. The same holds for Christianity, I was raised a Christian so I did learn it before I rejected it.

  • @mymojorisin "I am not watching an 11 hr series on religion; I have done my research and am satisfied with my findings" It is long. Took me all weekend to watch. But it is worth it. I'd recommend at least the part on evolution. "Charles Darwin was a Christian..." Yeah, he WAS until his daughter died. Then he became apostate.

Wow who wrote that reply? Well thought out, that's not like you. Glad to see you are able to admit to sun worship. I understand that Christians today do not think they worship the sun, but that does not change the fact. If you know your sources are tainted why do you go back for more?

Charles Darwin was a Christian; his book is the beginning, before that people believed in god

  • @mymojorisin You should check out the "Know Your Enemy" Youtube series uploaded by TheFuelProject. There is some truth to what you said re Catholicism carrying over elements of paganism such as sun worship (you mistakingly think ALL of Christianity is pagan-rooted, which is false). Oh, and you may be interested in evolutionary theory's "humble pagan" beginnings too :-)
