  • The challenge with GTD (getting things done) and time management is that it is a process. This is a nice video to remind you of how to manage the process for email. A useful reminder of the obvious with a very healthy dose of ninja focus and getting clear with some simple approaches I am willing to try.

  • I actually stayed through the entire video ... while trying to organize and whittle my Gmail inbox. I finished the video, and deleted a lot of stuff.

  • @BattlegroundVictory Made a difference to me and many of my peers.

  • Merlin Mann is entirely over-rated and quite derivative of other so-called "productivity experts". Interesting that when it came to completing a book INBOX ZERO, for which he was contracted to write by a publisher, he dropped the ball and quit after 2 years. His usual "motivational talks" he is hired to perform at various companies are clearly easier than writing a book and appease his giant ego much better I think, but I doubt they inform his audience much at all.

  • This is so, so, out of sync.

  • Great video. I don't have enough time to watch this whole video (which is about 'saving time) and I was worried about this video being too long. Note that the actual lecture is only about 30 minutes, with the last 30 minutes being dedicated to a Q&A session (where geeks talk about their getting-things-done strategies).

  • SOOO many people in our university nee to see this, and it's 4 years old.
