How do they manage to put a one hour video here on Youtube when only 10 minutes is possible?!

It's probably because you're wrong about what's possible on youtube. Maybe you should poke around and find out what the limitations really are. Good luck. I really do hope you find out the truth about these limitations and don't turn this thing into a conspiracy against you.

I saw this a couple of days ago and it has already help me. Mostly with not cheating myself ("ah, I'll respond later, when I have time...")

I want those delete, respond, delegate, defer, do-buttons to hang them beside my monitor^^ I guess I have to make my own.

I mean "helped" and "icons" instead of "buttons"..
