FOOK-Phalanx 2 followers distance-based weapon selection

Video from FOOK-Phalanx development. Two followers now seem to be working mostly properly in a greatly expanded version of Phalanx' distance-based weapon selection. This video shows a giant ant going into combat with the two followers, starting from long range and then moving to close. The fight behavior is not perfectly tuned yet but it's almost right. Be aware that Deisha's delay in switching off of the mid-range weapon to the short-range Plasma Pistol is intentional. Also, Malcolm's (male follower with big guns) clear preference for the Missile Launcher may or may not stay, it depends on how playtesting other aspects of the Missile Launcher works out.
