House For Sale Melrose Florida or Keystone Heights Florida 129,999

This is a 3 or 4 bedroom home, 1 i/2 baths BUT take a look at the tub area--- it is hugh and has a shelf and has a plant at the end of tub. There are high ceilings in all rooms, 12 sky lights, an attic fan which you can see in one of the pic of the living room which pulls out all the hot air. (My electric bill is about 120 dollars a month. The house is rock on the outside which you can see in pics of the rear of the house and pics of the front of the house. There is a screened front porch, a screen and almost inclosed side porch (all it would need are windows and it would be another room) it has brick flooring which goes from my living room and around to my office (this would be one of the bedrooms) and the brick flooring goes out to the side porch. There are 2 sets of french doors that open out to this porch! I will put more pics up in a few days unless I get an offer right away, which I think I am about to get one this week. This house won't last! It is big and beautiful.
