It is made of full cream milk - heated until it becomes nice and frothy.
It doesnt really have to be made with coffee, however this always been my signature when making cappucino or hot chocolate.
topping is made of chocolate sauce (cadburry or cottees).

Can´t be, milk sinks down, this remains on the top and it´s dense. Do I have to do sth with milk?
