Burj Dubai / Burj Khalifa Fountain Dubai Mall 'Shik Shak Shok', United Arab Emirates.
For those posting complaints abt UAE not helping with drinking water to third world countries - this is not drinkable water. Most of it is a condencate from air conditioning system. Dubai does provide help to third world countries via separate means.
For those complaining about similarity to Bellagio fountains - while those are as beautiful, both systems were manufactured by Wet Design, same company, please contact them directly to discuss their business model, ie selling what they do to whoever orders it.

I much prefer it with the music; Time to Say Goodbye.
This music is just weird and strange with a fountain. I think it is actually a waste to use these water. They can go through filtering process to make it drinkable. For me, I think salt water is better to be used here instead.

@FuyuhikOco I know it's a waste of time to even try to convince you... but what really made me write this, is your claim that we didn't have schools few years ago... I'm a pharmacist, I help people to improve their lives and to promote well-being, so... I'll take the effort to enlighten you... coz we "SMART ARABS" did that for centuries... It's not our problem that your media machine pictured us as dirty creatures riding camels with our pockets full of oil money...
