I'm thinking about buying a cat delete midpipe from agency. Does the check engine light stay on and if so how can I get it off and does it cause performance issues while it's on?

Where can i find gaskets for this exhaust? i currently have my cat delete pipe on with stock catback and its leaking from the header to cat delete. i need to buy a gasket for that and from cat delete to mid pipe. cuz i want to instsll the rest of the exhaust on. please let me know... i cant find any
