I use both types why because your body and your mind does not get use to what it is getting and ever time I make it is different. Both for the oil and the tea that I make. Also with the tea and the oil put it in the freezer then just pour out the oil with the tea the hemp will melt first and water will stay.

@IsmokeTouch Sure it does if you don't want to get high and just like the flavor of cannabis. You need the fat content of milk or the alcohol content of wine to extract a significant amount of THC and other cannabinoids.

@IsmokeTouch you need the wine, because without it no thc will be absorbed into the water, thc isn't water soluble
