Austin Powers' inspiration was eating paint chips. And as far as the "first rock song", usually it's "Caldonia" by Louis Jordan(1945) or "Good Rockin' Tonight" by Roy Brown(1947). And there were lots of "rock songs" before "Louie Louie". Hell, there was lots of R&R in the Northwest before The Kingsmen hit the scene
