I ended up replacing mine with one of the new issue bags.. But don't care so much for the external frame.. The new bags are pretty heavy.. but for the price they can't be beat...

@rugratsfour Mine is DJ manufacturing also,its a government issue.Other contractors made this pack also Lowe's was the prototype but had Gore-tek used in it

@admrthrawn1 No since they dont make them anymore you would have to buy one from e-bay.You can try JB Weld to mend the plastic piece if its just cracked in one place across other than that you have to buy one.

@QuantumDisciple7 look up CFP-90 in E-bay but only buy Genuine Government issue,not Rothco or Phenx from Ranger Joe's.Its good to see a photo of the Government Tag and if the real one only comes in woodland Camo.Look for Specialty Defense Systems,Lowe's,DJ manufacturing
