Sorry if it was unclear... taunt when the other tank has "Fading Light" and make sure he does the same when you have the debuff.

It depends on your Healer set-up

Any crystal is fine for a Resto Shaman

in order for the button to show up, go to your bartender settings and make sure that 'extra action bar' is enabled and is properly placed on the screen (not hiding behind chat window or somthin like that)
