@ajoajoajoaj I think they just used whatever was on hand. This scene was filmed before we received our primary budget, which basically meant whatever $ happened to be in our pockets each filming weekend. Unless a pig's heart is regularly available at the local supermarket, it wouldn't have been seriously considered. They probably just said, "Okay ... what can we use to look like a torn-up heart?" But again, I wasn't present during the filming of this scene ...

@HxCRulezd I believe it was actually constructed from liver. I was not on the set that particular filming day.
