I am a teenager but I'm hoping to be able to purchase a piece of land when I graduate, it's my dream to live off the land when I grow up. Happy to see you found the lifestyle enjoyable, I'd give anything to live out in the country. :)

@mycomama ~ Yes, very blessed to have something with so much heritage (not free or a handed to us house by any means) of 200 years of the same family owning the land. It's cool. More to come!

great video, great place, I myself am looking for some land to homestead, hopefully kentucky or tenneessee, or alabama even. landhere in iowaisat a premium, yes great soil for crops but no really good wooded areas for seclusion.
but anyhow still looking for that. but awesome job. wish you the best on the homestead.
