anyone know of a music video similar to this where a little girl who is actually a robot underneath is walking down the street in I think Luxembourg and a car picks her up and then at the end of the video drops her off? I remember seeing it after this video was playing back in Poland in 08

In the end I always wondered if it was supposed to be an earthworm all along (like, operating that pile of mud like a golem from the inside), or if the earthworm just happened to be there in the mud... any ideas?

It's been YEARS since I've seen this video. Thank you for posting it. MTV has been of no help for nearly ten years in my efforts to find it and others.
