  • @jj75 - You are a history revisionist. Animal food consumption didn't increase, it decreased, substantially in the western diet over the last 100 years. Your grandmother or great-grandmother knew better and would have told you to lay off the starches and grains and stick with vegetables and animal protein or you'll get fat. There are no (read ZERO) peer reviewed studies that correlate fat intake to causing heart disease. The CDC searched for them for years and eventually gave up .

  • Low carb works... I dont understand why so many people hate on it so much.

  • @snakefood2k1 They do eat quite a few carbs, but it's no where near the amount that Americans consume. Also, they don't consume nearly as many calories as Americans.

  • The Japanese eat a lot of carbs? They have the longest life span.

  • Interesting video! btw my sister found this hot weight loss diet known as: Impact 790 Diet and reduced 6 kgs within a month. I can not remember the actual site just Google it.

  • @TeamKickTheFat I can believe that there are people ignorant enough to not believe in it.

@NickD25 Spot on! There's a similar story with fluoride and who knows how many other things common today. It's disgusting.

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop The only fats that are actually bad for you are the so-called "refined" fats... and, in excess, the polyunsaturated fats. But butter, coconut and olive are among the best. & we started eating meat long before we knew how to cook it. Raw meat is actually easier to digest, you're probably thinking of cooked meat being easier to eat. & about the diabetes/fat studies, check what kind of fat was actually involved. It makes a huge difference.

  • @Jordonified your insulin spikes when you have sugar entering your blood. Doesn't matter whether there's also fat. Do YOUR research. And Mark's advice can easily be followed without buying any of his supplements - same goes with most all of the Paleo/Primal "salesmen".

@RealRawResults a high carb low fat vegan diet is obviously better than the SAD (a common cause of heart disease and type 2 diabetes), but it won't work so well after a decade or two.

  • @teamkickthefat I can't beleive your user name.

  • @grippipo shut up.

  • @graniteminds I agree. So healthy.
