I think Cybill was afraid of looking like his mother....even though they are only 5 yrs apart. and the cinematographer is very old school--leading ladies should be made to look as beautiful as they can look.

those two are so hot my computer is smoking. best couple ever! and i love the filtered shots of cybill. it's so 1940's. and one of the things i love about ML. :)

Yes, he does get all the great lines. He also gets the clear lenses. When the camera is on him, he's clear. When it's on her, there's a fuzzy haze. They were filtering her shots!!!!
