Would you assist me with my AverDigi 5000 config? My pc catch a virus. I re-install the OS and the Aver software. When I run the program, I can not view any thing on none of my camera. I really need help

@superwattie Does avermedia have pre-event recording ? Where's a good place to purchase ? What should one expect to pay ? Is there options for audio on some channels ?
