Laura Chesley of Total Performance Sports has her first training session on the Power Runner.

We're not too fond of machines at TPS, but some are well-engineered and effective. This is one of them.

The Power Runner allows you to do single leg movements, ground based ankle/knee/hip extension movements, and suspended dual leg movements. Training for strength, hypertrophy, explosive power, and rehab can all be done with this piece of equipment, depending on your program design.
