I only recently discovered this gem of a song. It reinforces the importance of seeing beyond appearances, beyond age, money or jobs, beyond race, country of origin or religious beliefs or gender. We are all "children of God." If our children were reminded frequently when growing up of how beautiful they are, they would grow up to know it as true and live accordingly in peace and with compassion for others. I'm not talking about appearances and cultural expectations. We need to be looking beyond the facade and see the Soul within. What we do to another we do to ourselves, for you are simply another me, having a different experience. Remember to see the perfection in the imperfection. I came across this song merely by "accident" when visiting a channel of someone who had left a comment on another Kadison song I worked with. I suppose there are no coincidences.
