@TheJerksTC And i don't think Descendents were a punk band, i heard many times milo saying that are not identified by the punk scene as he see it as a trend. (sry for my english, i'm from Argentina)

@TheJerksTC punk it's a culture (subculture?), angry working class ppl trying to express their anger through music lyrics it's a part of the culture. There are many punk bands with different genres/styles. If a pattern on their lyrics define a music style then you are right, it might be it. I don't think it's a music genre, that's what i tried to say.
